ReviewRefer - Review Management Software

ReviewRefer is a paid software solution that you can use on any device to send a text message request to your customer to post a review of your business on the platform you wish to steer them to. For example, if you need more customer reviews on Google, you'd check a box in ReviewRefer for your Google Business listing and hit save. Your review message is also saved. So in the future, you simply ask a customer at the end of doing your service if they would agree to post a review. If they say yes, simply enter their smartphone number and hit send.
